St Mary-le-Bow is marking the 50th anniversary of its restoration after the Second World War.
On Tuesday 27 May at 6.30pm Juliet Gardiner gives a talk on City Churches on the front line: The Blitz and its impact. The speaker is author of The Blitz: The British Under Attack and the free event is in association with Daunt Books.
The commemoration service takes the form of Choral Evensong on Wednesday 11 June at 6.30pm.
The following evening the guild of ringers will attempt a 50th anniversary peal.
