Paul Thomas is the new vicar of St James’s Sussex Gardens in Paddington.
At his induction he said: “The Parish of St James’s Paddington holds within its boundary every sort and condition of human life – it’s London in microcosm: there’s stability and flux, local and international, wealth and poverty.”
